What personal data do we collect and why we collect it?
Forms

We provide forms for user registration, login and profiles. We collect first name, last name, company name, address, city, zip code, country, state, telephone and e-mail address, as well as data for product shipment. E-mail is collected to prevent the creation of fake user accounts and to make the site more secure. The other data is collected for product shipping purposes, as well as for a more correct treatment of our customers. This data is kept in our server database for an indefinite period of time until the fully identified user requests its deletion.

How long we keep your data
The information of registered users is kept indefinitely in the database of your website.

Data can be exported or deleted at the request of users through the existing WordPress data exporter or deleter.

If data is synchronized with a third-party service (e.g. MailChimp through our MailChimp extension), the data is retained there until unsubscribed or deleted.

Where we send your data
Ultimate Member, by default, does not send user data outside of your website. If you have extended the functionality of the plugin (for example, by sending registered user data to MailChimp through our MailChimp extension), this user information may be passed to those external services. Those services may be located abroad and outside the EU.

MailChimp for Wooceommerce
At checkout, we keep a record of your email and cart contents on our server for up to 30 days. This record is kept to refill the contents of your cart in case you change devices or need to come back another day. Read our privacy policy here.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, several cookies will be set to store your login information and screen display options. The login cookies will remain for two days and the display options cookies will be stored for one year. If you select “Remember me” on your login, these will be saved for two weeks. If you log out of your account, access cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data displayed in the comment form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid spam detection.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged into that site.

With whom we share your information
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

PayPal receives your payment information and uses it to process your payment.

Nequi receives your payment information and uses it to process your payment.

What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request the export of a file with your collected personal data, including any other data you have provided to us. You may also request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

The user has the right to maintain privacy and that your data will not be sold, given or transferred to any other company other than Carlos Ruiz Fotografía. During the use of processes such as payment gateways and physical shipments by freight forwarding companies, Carlos Ruiz Fotografía is not responsible for them.

How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), all of their personal information data they provide will be stored. Any user can view, edit or delete their personal information whenever they wish (with the exception of the username which cannot be edited). Website administrators can also view and edit such information.


Contact Forms
The Contact Form does not store messages sent anywhere.

While you visit our Store we will keep track of:

– Products you have viewed: we will use these to, for example, show you products you have recently viewed.

When you purchase something from us we ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional additional information such as username and password.
